The following must be included with Manito Popcorn Festival Booth Registration Form: (a)rental fee of $45.00 (Rental must be paid in advance to reserve booth space); (b) Liability Release; (c) proof of insurance (if applicable); and (d) temporary food permit (if applicable). Booth space will be assigned in order of applications received. General Popcorn Festival booth space is 12×12 unless other arrangements are made with Popcorn Festival Committee.
Due to the large crowds and increased number of vendors expected this year due to the AVTT, all booths MUST be in place no later than 4:00 P.M. on Friday and remain in place until closing on Sunday. No vehicles will be allowed in park between 8 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. each day.

***If you are planning to sell ANYTHING for human consumption, please fill out he forms on the Health Department page and send them to the address at the top of the first page. No booth selling any type of food or beverage will be allowed to operate without a food permit.***
In consideration of my participation in the 2010 Manito Popcorn Festival, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs executors and administrators, waive and discharge any rights and claims against the Manito Popcorn Festival, The Village of Manito, and/or any other individuals or groups involved with the Manito Popcorn Festival for any or all injuries that may be suffered by me at this event or while traveling to and from the event,
